Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Providers & Tracking:

  • We primarily use Australia Post and select premium couriers for domestic and international deliveries.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days nationwide.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to meet these timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or peak periods.

Risk and Title:

  • Under Australian Law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to your specified address.

  • If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

International Shipping:

  • Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
