1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing www.tigeractive.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
2. Product Accuracy & Pricing
We strive to display our activewear (colours, textures, and fit) as accurately as possible. However:

We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
Consumer Guarantees (ACL Statement):
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns:

We offer a 21 day return period for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible, activewear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as [e.g., undergarments or socks] cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty.
Faulty Items:

If an item is faulty (e.g., stitching failure, fabric transparency issues not disclosed), we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at your election for major failures.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Providers & Tracking:

We primarily use Australia Post and select premium couriers for domestic and international deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Timeframes:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days nationwide.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to meet these timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or peak periods.
Risk and Title:

Under Australian Law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to your specified address.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
International Shipping:

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
5. Pre-Order Policy
By placing a pre-order, you are securing an item that is currently in production or in transit. Your purchase is subject to the following conditions:

Payment: Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your item.

Estimated Delivery: We provide an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate only and is subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control.

Delayed Delivery (ACL Rights): If a delay becomes "unreasonable" or exceeds a timeframe we have specifically promised, you are entitled to a full refund under the Australian Consumer Law for a failure to supply within a reasonable time.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both "In-Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies.
6. Size Guide & Fit Disclaimer
Accuracy of Information
We provide detailed size charts and fit recommendations (e.g., "True to Size," "Compressive Fit," or "Size Up") to assist you in making the best choice. While we strive for absolute accuracy, these measurements are provided as a general guide only.
Style-Specific Variance
Please be aware that:

Fabric Composition: Different materials (e.g., Nylon/Spandex vs. Polyester blends) have varying levels of elasticity and may feel different on the body despite having the same measurements.

Manufacturing Tolerances: In accordance with industry standards, a small margin of variance (typically +/- 1-2cm) in garment measurements may occur during the manufacturing process.

Visual Representation: Models featured in our imagery and videos (such as our Size 10 representative) are intended to show the movement and drape of the fabric. Fit may vary based on individual body proportions (height, torso length, and limb proportions).
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size guide before purchasing.

Fit is not a Fault: A garment not fitting an individual as expected does not constitute a "major failure" or "manufacturing fault" under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping: If an item does not fit and you wish to exchange it for a different size, the return will be processed under our Change of Mind Policy, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Gift Cards & Store Credit
By purchasing or using a [Brand Name] Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:

Validity Period: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, all gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance upon expiry will be forfeited.

Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable exclusively at [Website URL]. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

Non-Refundable: Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable (except where required by law).
